Returns and Refund Policy

Returns and Refund Policy for Coalition Energy Projects on Inverters, Batteries, and Solar Panels

At Coalition Energy Projects, we strive to provide high-quality and reliable renewable energy products. We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, which is why we have established the following Returns and Refund Policy for our inverters, batteries, and solar panels:

Returns:

  1. Inverters, batteries, and solar panels must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.

  2. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  3. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.

  4. Once the product is received and inspected by Coalition Energy Projects, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price, minus any shipping costs.

  5. If the product is damaged or not in its original condition, the customer may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Refunds:

  1. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  2. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of Coalition Energy Projects receiving the returned product.

  3. Any applicable taxes or fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. Refunds will not be issued for products that have been modified or altered in any way.

Warranty:

  1. Coalition Energy Projects provides a manufacturer’s warranty on inverters, batteries, and solar panels. The warranty period varies by product and is outlined in the product documentation.

  2. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or natural disasters.

  3. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Coalition Energy Projects customer service.

  4. If a warranty claim is approved, Coalition Energy Projects will repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer.
